Erectile dysfunction (ED) is not rated separately under the VA disability rating system as per the 38 CFR Book C. Instead, it is considered a secondary condition that can be linked to another service-connected condition.
However, veterans with ED can apply for Special Monthly Compensation (SMC) under the category of SMC-K, which is for the loss of use of a creative organ. As of 2021, the monthly compensation rate for SMC-K was approximately $111.
